my friend USD account wants to help me TL account buy some games but cant.
how would one be able to receive either funds or games from their friend in a steam approved way?
we tried sending through steam but realized thats restricted aswell.
i know a lot of people exploit these things but surely steam must have a legal way to help buy your friend who lives in another region some games. is there any way?

Use Steam to buy your friend a digital gift card.

If you live in Turkey or Argentina, then you can't receive money via steams digital gift card.
