Are you rdy for space games with 4D maybe, and maybe you make a mistake even mention C&C that same as or clone of that, you could ber rdy for tactic games for other areas that not C&C like thats is doomed as RTS game only view point , and hey maybe its exatly what you are looking for. only you know, but call it new i will not.

While it shapes up to be a great game, Dune Spicewars isn't anything like Dune 2 and certainly not like C&C. It is a completely differnt style of RTS games.
