Family sharing with a pre-ordered game
So I bought an account with the game Cities Skylines II Pre-ordered, and I activated family sharing on both accounts, but the game is not visible on my main account. Is this because the game is pre-ordered and I need to wait until it fully releases?

you bought an account? that is against the SSA and grounds for ALL related accounts to be TERMINATED/PERMANENTLY LOCKED

the original owner of the account can recover it at any time they wish regardless of changes made to the account

You can not share games that have not released.

They are always flagged by default...

Exclude from family sharing (exfgls)
Yes

...until release.

Paradox can exclude it after it releases at any time, if they wish to.

The account was for sale on Google mate.
