Im trying to buy 112 Operator - Complete Edition as its on offer. Specifically I want to get the DLCs as I already have the base game

If I try to buy the pack, select the payment method and get an error that says "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance."

I've tried waiting, tried on Windows Steam client, web page and also Android client. Every time I get the same error. I've tried different payment methods.

I've tried going through the options on "help.steampowered.com" but can not find any suitable help or any way to contact support
Does anyone know how to fix the issue, or how I contact support

Steam store site payment is bugged
I was trying to buy games and had the same issue
I could only use wallet funds to buy gems inside magic arena, but no way to buy games

New policy...

Until the devs/pubs adjust their prices in your currency for all the items in the bundle, you can not purchase them. Even if it is only a single item that is priced too low, the entire bundle can not be purchased.

Both the "112 Operator - Masks - CHARITY DLC" and the "Operator's Soundtrack" fall below the new minimum pricing.

You may want to let the dev/pub of the game know about the new policy. They may not have read their emails from Steam recently.

I had this issue too but I am using USD and still cannot buy the game or DLC. It is only this game that has issues, and I have tried clearing cache and different browsers and have had no luck. I am resigning myself and am not buying the game but man it sucks!

The Soundtrack in USD is the issue.
