Why is my alternate account banned without doing anything?

I have an old account which has been created since the beta days of Dota banned for no reason. Has this world gone heartless really? My account has been struggling to rank up due to a lot of reasons and has been kept at guardian rank and still you accuse me of smurfing? Why is that there is no justice in this rotten world? Just ice only for people with money? Some people just thinks thinks they can do whatever they want just because they have money and power and it is absolutely disgusting. GOD IS THIS YOUR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WORLD??? Can all the true people who dedicated time and effort and loyalty to this game get a refund for their contributions even their money please? That account was created as alternate because I went to work my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ life out for 5 years for nothing and came back and cant remember my account credentials so I had to make a new one and this was created. I remembered the account credentials only after some time but I still use that one also because that account is memorable to me. Why do you ban it for no reason? Smurfing but I have been playing so hard and put on herald and guardian rank for all this time? How can I be banned for that reason? Can a herald or a guardian smurf ? Herald and guardian make a difference? Put me in immortal bracket then if thats the case? I worked hard for it you didn't , its mine not yours. You made this game I paid a lot of money for it 100 times mor than what others ask for their games by buying useless cosmetics with no ability or stat additions.

If you have multiple accounts and you play DOTA 2 with them, then one will be labeled as a smurf account and will be banned.

They should focus on tracing real smurfs instead and allow people one alternate as sometimes they forget about their credentials or will be on low prio due to unforeseen reasons or toxic people. Banned for no reason. That account has been there since the BETA days September 2011 before the first TI and it is memorable to me. See the GAP between both accounts, 2011 and 2018. I went to work for 5 years, never played a single game due to no time and I forgot all my cedentials. Came back home wanted to play couldnt remeber the details so I had to create new one. They should at least permit one alternate account due to reasons like this. That old account never played any rank game ever and has not been calibrated even once. My new account was created and got only up to Crusader which is not even mediocre and now the rank system put me only to Herald and Guardian. How can that be smurfing? How can that make any difference? They should put me to immortal rank then if thats the case. That banned account is only used casually as an alternate and is never used for ranked games>>>"The toxic games"

Creating a new account and playing DOTA 2 with it when you already have played on another account is smurfing, and Steam doesn't care what you think of it, it is a bannable offense.

Additionally, we have traced every single one of these smurf accounts back to its main account. Going forward, a main account found associated with a smurf account could result in a wide range of punishments, from temporary adjustments to behavior scores to permanent account bans.
