if i reinstall Windows without losing data will i also be able keep my steam accounts?

so i have about 4 to 5 steam accounts (but this is the main one that i use) and i might reinstall my windows so i want to know if i can keep my accounts because i think i might forget the passwords. so if you know the answer then please reply.

Reinstalling Windows is treated as a new device and each account must authorize said device for them all.

Get the account names and passwords ready.

But Family Sharing is still going to be on even if the accounts are not on the pc any more right?

That will also need to be authorized again due to it being a new device.
