Are the people contacting you through Discord providing links for you to defend yourself? Fake accusations is a common avenue for scammers to use and clicking on those links can compromise your account.
Very common scam. Don't believe nonsense from total strangers.
how did you try to contact steam support? the ticket system is the only way to contact steam support.
Your responses dictates whether the scam continues.
Example: How do i get out of this situation?
Answer: I can put you in touch with Steam Support agent who can solve this for you, etc, etc.
