Start this tool (install optioinal) and plug in the wheel. Do you see ANYTHING happen?
Do you plug it in directly, or is there a USB hub?
(tried other devices and these are shown once plugged in) (tried same time with old computer and there the wheel works )
For example a Thrustmaster T16000m FCS has usb 2.0 connector and only works when connected to a usb 2.0 port.
On your new laptop do you only have usb 3.0 ports?
Secondly do you have a usb hub with usb 2.0 ports to test if the G29 then works.
New laptop only has 3.2 % Type C ports. Tried USB 2.0 hub, no luck. Also tried USB A to C converter and plugged it into type c port. Still nothing
