How many gift cards can you use in one purchase?

I know certain retailers don't let you use multiple gift cards in a single purchase - is that the case with Steam? Is there a limit to the number of gift cards you can use in a purchase?

What kind of gift cards? The normal Steam Wallet cards get redeemed into Steam Wallet Credits first and THEN you buy something with your Steam Wallet.
You cant use them directly for purchases.
As for other options like PAYSAFECARD and such, that depends on your country rules.
Like here in Germany you can only pay for a combined sum of 50 Euro with PAYSAFECARD directly for money laundering laws reasons.
But you can redeem multiple 50 Euro cards on the Steam Wallet and then pay with the store credits.
And so on.
