Parsec HELP!!!!

My setup is emudeck emulator on my steam deck, casting to my pc with steam link, and my pc running as a HOST on parsec everything runs fine but when my brother connects to my pc and we are inside the emulator the steam deck doesn’t recognize his controller. But with his mouse he can navigate option menus in the game so it is getting input. We’ve tried remapping controller but didn’t work anybody know any workaround.
