Lipsesc privilegiile pentru fisiere

Am incercat absolut toate metodele de pe google pentru a rezolva aceasta problema si nici una nu a functionat, aveti idee ce as putea sa fac ca sa nu mai am acea eroare si sa imi mearga din nou jocurile???

Pai steamworks tells me that there are no privileges for files, I tried many methods to get rid of this thing so that steamworks could settle in but it doesn't want to try for two days and I have no results

and still press on that wheel to update steamworks but it refuses

first close steam.
after open steam with run administrator and it works for me.
