Can't recive any verification email on steam if using outlook mail right now

my friend have a trouble about that he want to login his steam and didn't recive any confirmation code regardless cuz he was using outlook email.. and it happen to almost all the people that i know using those email can't login to.

same happen ot my friend lol, if you are using a gmail u can recive the verification but using outlook email not recive anything but on past like 5 hours before u still can ricive code.

my friend also have this problem only outlook i guess, if you ask verification on steam the email seems dosen't sent to the outlook email.

I was having the same problem.
I was lucky. I was able to remember my password.
The "solve" is to select 'I no longer have access to this email' option when it takes you to the screen where it tells you which email the validation will be sent too.
That'll bring you to a place where you can enter a new email (I created a new one, just for steam (obviously NOT on live.com))

*IF* you can't remember your account name and password.... Sorry, but it looks like you're screwed =(
