I want to create a new steam account, but reCapcha doesn't let me

So when do I actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ get to make an account ?

I have done all of that, I have tried multiple PCs, I have tried even using my phone, still getting the middle finger.

Hello there. My friend can not create a new account, is getting the "There was a problem creating your Steam account, please try again later" error on some devices and the Captcha verification error on others.

We have tried the suggestions on https://www.guidingtech.com/how-to-fix-steam-captcha-not-working/ , we have tried waiting 24 hours to see if the problem clears. We have tried different devices on different networks. Nothing seems to work.

This is frustrating as we both want to spend money and play Baldurs Gate 3 together.

Has anyone had this problem and know how long this will take to clear, if at all?

Is there anyway to contact Steam Support directly so that we can spend our money and enjoy some gaming?
