Question about cheat

I saw there is some mods and cheat to help people to get some hard achievement
So I wanted to know do people get ban for using these cheats for OFFLINE games??
Or even using cheats to max their health or money and other stuff

Entirely depends on the game.
For example Dying Light 1 has VAC always active, even in "Singleplayer" as the game offers drop in multiplayer. So, cheating would get you VAC banned unless you disable VAC in your game as the host.

VAC as in Valve Anti Cheat, one of many anti cheat solutions a game can use to detect and punish cheating.

tnx but i think its more safe if we dont use cheats cause maybe its using another method
