my friend got scammed because of discord scammer
my friend username is LA_04
it started yesterday when he got a message that someone has been reporting his account that could lead to banning. That discord user post pic to contact someone in discord
he lost 260 usd in the process.
my friend no couldn't enter to his steam because the email and phone number has change
his request to want to get his account back nothing else.

He has to recover his account:

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.

The recovery process allows you to provide proof of ownership.

What code are you talking about?

He can skip locking the account if he didn't get the email.

If you're banned on Discord servers, you'll need to address that with Discord.
