- Failed <--- Means your money on loop back to you, it depend whenever the bank statement updates showing money never left by deleting transaction, or shows new transaction that it has returned.
Likewise, in Europe, it's actually €5 -- so if you just sent $5, that won't cut it... I think.

Adding 4.51€ should theoretically be enough.
But I don't think OP talking about this issue, but the missing $5 added from what I'm reading from OP.
I'm not entirely sure. I know that the minimum amount when charging the wallet is $5 in the US, and €5 in Europe... but yeah, it's possible that they don't make that distinction for the account-unlimiting.
Funny enough, as games are usually priced with $1=€1, your idea would unlimit the account when you buy a 4.99 game in Europe, but not when you buy the same game in the US :-)
