How to add pictures to steam notes

Valve recently added a notes feature to the steam overlay. I'm wondering how you can add pictures to your notes. This guy did it, but frustratingly didn't explain how: https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-use-steam-notes/
I've tried copy-pasting and using some of the formatting options like "insert link" , and "code", to no avail. Your help is much appreciated!

Thanks a lot, that works! I really wish there were better ways of doing this, though. For one, it would make sense if you could easily put your steam screenshots in your notes. Some games remap the printscreen button, so the only way to "quickly" add a screenshot to a note is to use the snip tool, and that takes a lot of clicks and tabbing in and out of windows and is annoying to do.
