error while downloading fnaf security breach dlc: ruin

I have the game because of the family sharing, the free dlc cant be downloaded. it opens the game, but don't starts the download, pls help

for me ive got family sharing but it was originally on my pc first and it downlaods but gets stuck at 4 percent installing after then saying it will take a year to download so im not sure

i think either uninstall it or go to properties and onto manage files or something

i have the same problem. it downloads just fine but then wont install, getting stuck at 4%

Tried downloading it and just recieved a "Error: No licenses" when i clicked download. Can someone help please???
