Nope. That does not clear the html caches and there are a few of them......
"Clear Download Cache".
In previous weeks it would also log you out requiring your password. I hope you know it.
More recently an update claimed it wouldn't forget your password anymore when you clear it.

Download cache is for your downloads and temp files..
And the issue was patched in the beta.
They moved a few things.
Get ready for the necros stating it's not there anymore. Had a few already.
People just need to go through all the tabs to get acclimated with it.
That worked. I watched the cache disappear from the file when I pressed it. Thanks.
