How do I clear web browser cache?

It used to be in settings near the bottom and now it is gone? How do I clear the caches now?

Steam > Settings > Downloads >> Clear Cache

Nope. That does not clear the html caches and there are a few of them......

Settings>Downloads
"Clear Download Cache".

In previous weeks it would also log you out requiring your password. I hope you know it.
More recently an update claimed it wouldn't forget your password anymore when you clear it.

It is under In Game now.

Steam > Settings > In Game

Download cache is for your downloads and temp files..

And the issue was patched in the beta.

They moved a few things.

Get ready for the necros stating it's not there anymore. Had a few already.

People just need to go through all the tabs to get acclimated with it.
