Steam Overlay Broken Due To Loading Discord Tab (FIXED!)

I tried to open a discord tab from a link, and it wont load. I can't click on anything else. I can close and open steam overlay, but I can't click on anything. I tried restarting my computer, using a fix that sadly didn't work, but it just reloads the loading tab. Does anybody know how to fix this?

So you need to go to steam settings, in game, and then go to Delete Web Browser Data. This'll fix it!
