is the steam account you are using actually yours? steam does not allow the sale/transfer of steam accounts. if you didnt create the account, its not your account.
if its not your steam account, you should not be using it, the original owner can recover it any time they wish regardless of changes made.
if it is your account that you created, was it ever stolen/compromised? did you ever let someone else have access to the account?
account sharing is not allowed, does not matter who the person is nor the reason. it is a violation of the SSA and can result in the account (and any related accounts) being locked permanently.
this is one of the many reasons you dont give others access to your account. you need to figure out who you gave it to (hopefully it wasnt some random person you have never met).
