I want to unlink an unknown EA account

Hy guys please help me when i tried to link my steam to my ea account in order to play fifa i found that my steam is already linked with ea account that is not mine i contact ea support but they told me they cant help me without email of this ea account linked to my steam and its not mine indeed i cant know an email that is not mine
So i need a solution please

Only EA support can remove the linking as the linking is done on EA's end. Steam and Steam Support can not help you.

Keep talking with EA support.

you need to work with EA support. accounts dont get linked randomly.

is the steam account you are using actually yours? steam does not allow the sale/transfer of steam accounts. if you didnt create the account, its not your account.

if its not your steam account, you should not be using it, the original owner can recover it any time they wish regardless of changes made.

if it is your account that you created, was it ever stolen/compromised? did you ever let someone else have access to the account?

yes its my own account and i let access to someone but i dont remember who thats why

account sharing is not allowed, does not matter who the person is nor the reason. it is a violation of the SSA and can result in the account (and any related accounts) being locked permanently.

this is one of the many reasons you dont give others access to your account. you need to figure out who you gave it to (hopefully it wasnt some random person you have never met).

nope. you either figure out who you let have access to the account or your not playing EA games on the account.
