Steam ignoring PC resolution on game launch
I've had trouble finding a solution to this because most answers are of people looking to run old games in modern resolutions.

My issue is that I want to play Dungeon Siege in 1024x768, and so I set my PC to that resolution assuming Steam would be confined to that. The steam app itself stays confined to the PC resolution but ufortunately, upon launching the game it forces it to run in widescreen as if I were still at 1920x1080.

I tried adding resolution to the launch options as well but nothing seems to keep the game from stretching into widescreen. Any help would be appreciated!
