Can't link to YouTube account to link videos - "Couldn't sign you in"
I'm trying to upload (link) videos to my Steam page (specifically, gameplay videos to the game page in my library), but I'm unable to link to my YouTube account. I get this error msg:
"Couldn't sign you in. The browser or app may be insecure."
Note that when I first tried it, I got a security alert email from Google, and I let them know that it was me performing the activity. Also, I have two different Google accounts, and I've tried to link to both of them, with the same result each time.

Further info: I'm on Windows 11, and I used Bandicam 2023 to record the video.

Any and all comments/insights greatly welcome.

Are you trying to log into google from within the Steam client? Steam uses the chromium embedded framework to integrate a browser into the client. For various reasons Google decided to block embedded browsers like CEF from logging into google. It's been that way for years now.

Use your desktop browser, log into Steam there, do all your Google stuff from there.

That's exactly what I'm trying to do, and that definitely sounds like the problem. I will try your suggestion right now.
