Mostly in genres. Some themes have their own category due to games being in multiple genres. Some developers also got their own due to them having a larger catalog and making up too much of a genre category (for example I split off Spiderweb from Isometric RPGs due to the amount of games).
The top 2 are related to the backlog and that's just my weird way of keeping overview on it. The part of the backlog that isn't installed or in those two folders is likely bundleclutter or free to keep games I claimed but not really intended to play.
