If I buy a rust skin off of gamer all but I have a 15-day restriction because I have only set up steam guard recently will I have to wait the 15 days to use the skin still or will it be in my steam inventory

Stop using them and placing your account at risk. They aren’t safe.

You will have to wait 15 days before you can recieve the item and i do not reccomend using third-party sites like this.

If you use sites like this all that's going to happen is you getting Scammed and you coming to the forums in a few days/weeks about how your account got hijacked.
