Can I disable Steam Client Webhelper when Steam is not open.
I have a problem with Steam Client Webhelper being open in task manager and taking up a lot of my memory even when Steam is not open. I will restart my laptop and will check Task Manager and Steam Client Webhelper will already be open. Can someone please help me with this?

You can disable it but exiting Steam. Just having the window closed doesn't mean Steam isn't running and the web helpers are a part of Steam. You generally shouldn't need to micromanage a program like that though.

If Steam is that much of a problem when you're not using it, exit the program. Also don't set Steam to start when Windows starts.
