Distored sound in CS:GO only

i have the Problem since yesterday that if I open CS:GO (and only csgo) that the sound becomes distored and or quieter. not only does this happen just to CS but if I close CS the sound gets normal again. ive tested it in hitman 3 and Rainbow 6 and the problem seems gone

I've watched countless tutorials on how to oslve the problem reaching form writing in the console snd_mixahead 0.1 and more to uninstalling and installing the game again.

the sound is like OBS (not fully set up) or some kind of recording app is running and recording in the backgraound. this started after i changed the bitrate for recording in the GeForce Overlay, but even with restarting my whole computer it still stays.

Its like i have somekind of virus but it only effects CS:GO

any help is welcome, I'm goignt to try erverything that is recommend

Do you have any third-party programs running in the background?

Narrow down the list and remove them one by one.

no, I have closed everything and it still like this. ive even unplugged my 2nd montior and it doesnt help.
