Refreshing Achievement Window

Under the old UI, if you wanted to see if your achievement progress updated, you could hit F5 or right click>refresh in order to refresh the page, since the whole UI was basically just a webpage in a weird steam browser. Even refreshed, the progress lagged the official tally because if you went from 950 dire rat kills to 990 dire rat kills, you won't see the updated 990 progress bar for a while. On the other hand, when you kill lucky dire rat 1000, the kill 1000 achievement will pop immediately.

So that said, how do I ensure I'm looking at the most up to date possible counts in the new UI?
