Signaler un problème de traduction
1. Go to settings -> Interface and disable -> Run Steam when the computer starts.
2. Restart the computer and check if Steam starts.
3. Create a shortcut, when you right-click on the shortcut in Target you should see: D:\Steam\steam.exe "-silent" -- "%1"
4. Press Run and open -> shell:startup
5. Move your new shiny shortcut to this folder.

I know this is old but for those who might stumble upon this and have the same question, just open your start menu and search "Run." Open this, type shell:startup and hit enter. Place your shortcut here. This is just an easy way to find the folder your startup programs are listed in.
C:\Users\(YourUserName)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
