WASD keys sometimes stuck/sticky
Sometimes I get this issue where my character doesn't stop moving to, for example, the right. Pressing the key again seems to fix it, but using A to go left simply makes my character stop moving. If I don't press anything at all my character will keep moving until I press the key again.
It's very annoying and random and I haven't noticed this happening outside of Steam yet. Please help!

If this is only happening in one game it might be a game feature, how that game's controls are designed to work. If it's happening in all games and you're running Windows it could possibly be Sticky Keys.

Open Control Panel (right-click on start button and select Settings)
Go to “Ease of Access”.
Navigate to “Make the Keyboard Easier To Use”.
Under the heading Make it Easier To Type, uncheck “Turn On Sticky Keys”.
Click Apply.

Unfortunately, Sticky Keys are already disabled and it only happens in Steam games like V Rising and Battlebit Remastered. I think it's a Steam related issue.

Neither of those are Steam Games, Valve did not produce or publish them. You'll have to contact the developers of those games.
V Rising: https://guides.playvrising.com/hc/en-us

Battlebit Remastered has 3 different developers listed. Go through this until it leads you to where you contact support for that game: https://help.steampowered.com/en/

I'm having a similar issue, did you ever figure out the problem?

any dirt under your keyboard keys ..

dust, glued soda, fingernails, hair and hairs, booger, other glueing stuff caused by your FILTHY fingers and hands and other leftovers as various food...

enjoy..

you need to remove/dismantle keys carefully, clean up your keyboard and assemble again.

If it seems to happen when Steam is running, see if this applies:

Can razer cortex related optimizers cause such issues?

My USB3-keyboard was inserted in a USB2 port and I got the same result. Moving the keyboard back into a USB3 port did the trick.
