steam accessing restricted folders

so im wondering if anyone knows why steam.exe is trying to access secured files that i dont even access them. and they dont need the files to run the game bc ive been in the game for 2 days and they never got into the files ive tried reaching out to varify the file thats trying to get access but there is no way to get through for something like this any thoughts

i just made the switch from console so sorry if im not on target with the lingo my firewall is blocking files accessing controlled folders i took Pic of it, unsure on how to add it to the Post
its like the game is trying to access a file and my windows defender is telling it no and im getting a security notification from it

Which folders?

Did you enable ransomware protection? It could be something like documents folder allready, if a game tries to make a save file or change it.

it says aP P control has blocked it, i just dont know what is a real file from steam and whats not ive been mailbombed once from a hacker who got all my info and sold it on the web so ya im just trying to stay safe
