CS:GO Broken server list after installing non steam cs 1.6

Hi, i have a problem with the community server list. It shows only few polish servers and it can't find brutalcs/warmupservers like it used.
I think it might be caused of that yesterday my brother have installed CS 1.6 non steam version on my PC from some polish website.
Do you know where could these files that are responsible for this could be placed in Windows?
Or maybe it's just a coincidence and this problem is caused by something else?
