The key has partially worked as it did add Oblivion and Arena and Daggerfall are there too.
I was the first person to ever open it.
So this is categorically a Steam issue.
Incidentally, it appears I was mistaken as Morrowind has been added.
So it's Skyrim that is missing now - and it definitely is as I can go to its store page and it doesn't tell me I already have it, unlike the others.
(I checked all the versions/editions of Skyrim with the same result).
It's an issue between you and the seller. Have them uphold the terms of the contract you have with them.
- one version add morrowwind, oblivion, and skyrim everything else in the box is DRM free standalone on disc.
- one version just adds skyrim that it, everything else in the box is DRM free standalone on disc.

The Elder Scrolls: Arena & DaggerFall always been DRM free, and it's been freeware for awhile as well provided by the publisher website, to which later they listed it on Gog and Steam.

Now visit here, if you only see just Oblivion that was added recently, then likely something wrong, and need to contact the seller you got this from.
