Elder Scrolls Anthology key redeemed but Morrowind and Skyrim not added!
Hi

Well, the subject says it all really...

I just activated my copy of "Elder Scrolls Anthology" which is supposed to add the five games and add-on's below:

The Elder Scrolls: Arena,
The Elder Scrolls: Chapter 2 -- Daggerfall,
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and its expansions Tribunal and Bloodmoon,
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and its expansions Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles, and
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim -- Legendary Edition.

However, although the activation was successful (Steam reported it successfully activated and called it "Elder Scrolls Retail", my account is missing two of the games:

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and its expansions Tribunal and Bloodmoon,
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim -- Legendary Edition.

I've trawled through the support pages here and there seems to be nothing for such issues, or when there is it just loops you back to the support home page.

Can someone help or tell me how to raise a ticket for this?

Many thanks in advance

Where did you purchase the Anthology?

It was brand new and sealed from eBay.
The key has partially worked as it did add Oblivion and Arena and Daggerfall are there too.

Then contact the seller about the issue.

Hmm, no, it's not their problem. As I said, the whole thing was brand new and fully sealed.
I was the first person to ever open it.
So this is categorically a Steam issue.

Incidentally, it appears I was mistaken as Morrowind has been added.
So it's Skyrim that is missing now - and it definitely is as I can go to its store page and it doesn't tell me I already have it, unlike the others.
(I checked all the versions/editions of Skyrim with the same result).

Steam did not sell it to you. So Steam can not grant you anything.
It's an issue between you and the seller. Have them uphold the terms of the contract you have with them.

Have you logged out and back into Steam, sometimes that fixes issues with games not showing up.

IDK what version you got as I heard there two versions, but I can be wrong.

- one version add morrowwind, oblivion, and skyrim everything else in the box is DRM free standalone on disc.

- one version just adds skyrim that it, everything else in the box is DRM free standalone on disc.

The Elder Scrolls: Arena & DaggerFall always been DRM free, and it's been freeware for awhile as well provided by the publisher website, to which later they listed it on Gog and Steam.

Now visit here, if you only see just Oblivion that was added recently, then likely something wrong, and need to contact the seller you got this from.
