You likely won't need the disk nor the cd-key if you had to use Steam for that game. Simply install from the Library list.

You and person who have control over account have proofs of similiar weight, so Support is asking about something only owner can have. It's not their fault you can't give it to them, as it's not their fault that you let someone hijack your account.

And cd key is bound to account, so game should be there as uninstalled, possible Filter is enable to show installed and recent only view.

no one stole my account, I can’t log into my account through a mobile authenticator because the number was blocked by the operator.

OP has created three threads in three hours. They have not even given support time to work. If they're "never buying Steam games again" after so little effort, I have no sympathy. This is a tantrum and should not be encouraged.
