If a request is closed without a reply by Steam Support, it's a clear indicator your account is already compromised!

Hijacked, not hacked. You leaked your account credentials somehow.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds: https://help.steampowered.com/faqs/view/3B6E-B322-2400-8D24

If you no longer have access to your account, read this:

Do the steps provided above as a matter of urgency to secure your account and then submit another ticket and it should stick. These closed tickets have inadvertently help you discover your account is shadow-hijacked.

My account is not hacked or Hijacked, I don't understand what this had to do with a vanished request refund. My request is not closed, it is vanished.

If a request 'vanishes' it means that someone with control of your account closed the ticket and wiped it.

ow okay, I changed my passw and some things and the request is still there and not vanished
I don't understand nothing of how someone has control and wipe it.

Because at some point in the past you gave your login credentials, including SteamGuard code, away and let someone into your account.

It was in fact hijacked.

I have no idea who you are and how you get this info, but I never ever gave my login or steamguard away. So stop with you nonsense.

Ever consider that just maybe you did and didn't realize it. Phishing attempts don't always advertise themselves. It could have been as simple as a fake Steam login that you though was legit. If someone else had access to your account then you leaking your login credentials is the most likely explanation.

People that fall for scams always deny fault. That's why scams work.

You gave out your login credentials and that information was captured by the scam site.
Now fix it already. The tool to do so was given to you hours ago.

I login in by app, not click on a link or whatever. okay. For the last time I leaked nothing and it is not even sure that I am hijjacked, befause I am not. No idea what the problem is with Vanished request refund.

If you leaked nothing, how was someone able to gain access to your account?
Did they just guess your account name, your password and the SteamGuard code?

Considering your refund requests are no longer closed after securing your account only confirms your account was hijacked.

It's not like this is the first time we see this happen, or the tenth, or the hundred.

who said that someone has to login in my account ? who said that ? Not me ! That is what you made of it. I am not hacked and I am not Hijacked and nobody has login in my account. And Nothing confirms that my account is hijacked. I got a refund 3 weeks ago and that one was just fine. Except the last one from 4 August

So you now have a timeframe of when you compromised your account.

https://help.steampowered.com/en/accountdata/ThirdPartyLogins

Any unusual login activity in your logs?
