Long start times when tapping the steam shortcut

Anyone else have this issue?

If i tap steam from the start menu, it takes like 15+ seconds to open. But if I tap library, store, etc... from the taskbar icon on the bottom right, it opens instantly.

Note that in both cases, steam is already open in the background. Its not a cold start.

Its repeatable for me every time.

Maybe yoy can try that:

Steam client loads really slow. Steam game shortcuts are also very slow
- disabling the iGPU in the Device Manager fixed the issue for me
