Community banned

Hello, I recently got reportbotted by some guy who ended up getting my account community banned, and now I need to provide proof of the CD Key that was used while creating this account, I have searched about it and it said to click on a game and then u will see the CD key option, but there just isnt any there, at first they asked me to give my address, last 4 digits of my credit card number, but then they said "This isnt enough" I need your help and figure out if there is any other way to get this community ban lifted since I dont have the CD key.

Sounds like you're being scammed. Community bans don't get lifted with proof you you own a game or cc number.

The ticket is inside steam app. They only asked last 4 digits, but now they want other proof as "CD key that was used to create the steam account" which i dont have

It sounds like trying to recover an account. Did you raise the ticket yourself, or were you contacted by 'support'?

If your talking with someone any other way, you're not talking with Steam Support.

im talking through them by steam. No other website

Even within Steam there are a number of ways to talk with people. Chat, direct message and posting on your/their Profile to name some examples. None of those are Tickets.
