Absolutely nothing.

Nothing can be done, when you send a one way trade you have to confirm that you understand that you are giving the item to the other person, as far as Steam's concerned you haven't been scammed.

Next time use community market here on Steam. This way they have to pay to get your items.

Just don't trade for anything that you can't receive as part of the trade in the trade window. "Trade me your stuff and then I'll pay you after" is a very common scam.

1. Don't believe empty promises.
2. Do not do trades that do not fit into a single trade window. That includes stuff that does not fit into the trade window, like the empty promise of getting paid outside of Steam.
3. Verify the content and the recipient of a trade in every single step of the confirmation process.
4. Do not be afraid to back out if something smells fishy.

Which has been made more difficult by Steam at some point -- on the mobile confirmation, you could just "click" on the icons of the items to see the descriptions; that has been removed so you can only see the images now...

You where warned specifly when doing that.

''If the person is offering you money outside the steam trade window theres a chance you getting scammed''

Hello,

Please do not name people. It's against the rules and can get you banned. Also you should avoid third party sites like that because they can often result in scamming or worse, your account being hijacked.

also, beware of people disguising as your "Friends" Steam Account just to scam you.

got plenty of people who fell for that extremely often.
