How to disable Xbox Controller acting like a mouse on Desktop
1. Steam
2. Settings
3. Controller
4. Scroll down to Non-Game Controller Layouts
5. Desktop Layout > EDIT
6. Select the GEAR ICON under CURRENT LAYOUT
7. Disable Steam Input
8. CONFIRM
