Game won't launch
I recently reinstalled Mass Effect 3 (I don't have enough space to have all of my games installed so I have to switch them out, I'm playing on a Mac with Windows via Bootcamp), but it will not launch because the EA app keeps giving me errors. When I install the game via Steam and try to launch it, it opens the EA app saying 'you don't have access. this title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. log in to a different account or restart the app to try again.' I don't get it, cause it's my Steam account and my EA account, so why isn't it letting me launch?
I already tried installing it via the EA app instead and encountered several other technical issues (like it asks me for a product key, which it's never asked for before, and then it thinks my computer isn't connected to the internet and won't let me proceed), and I generally hate the way the EA app works so I try to avoid using it as much as possible.
Is there any way to fix this so I can launch via Steam rather than EA? It used to work fine with the Origin app, but I think it was the update to EA app that caused this problem.
I'd really rather not have to just buy it on EA, I already paid for it once.

Sounds like you're logged into another EA account. If you are sure this is not the case, then contact EA support.

I only have one EA account, it’s the same one I’ve always used for EA games and I’ve used it for ME3 before. But the EA app update has messed with it. And I’ve been having a lot of trouble trying to contact EA support.

You'll have to deal with EA support. No, there is no other way.
