Can't access inventory
It's been over a week now that I can't access my inventory, be it on Chrome, Steam client or Android app. I get an error page saying:

Sorry!
An error was encountered while processing your request:

You've made too many requests recently. Please wait and try your request again later.
If I use a different connection, like turning off wifi on my phone, though, it loads fine.

I've tried Steam support twice, but they insist it's because of my browser extensions and nothing can be done about it, that that I must remove all extensions and it should fix itself in "up to one day". Except it's been quite a few days and the issue persists. They close the ticket and basically also tell me not to contact them about the same issue.

The error you are seeing indicates you are really sending too many requests to the game's item servers. This most often happens when an automated browser extension is gathering information about items on a page.
A couple of weird things about this is that:
(1) I get the same error even with no extensions, on Android app, Client, whatever.
(2) There's no report of a similar bug on Augmented Steam GitHub, and that's the only extension I use

Since Steam Support didn't help me at all, provided no useful information and left me no room to reply and try different solutions, I guess I'll have to rely on you here, maybe you have more useful information that can actually solve this.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I can't access other people's inventories either.

Blame your ISP for not giving you a dedicated IPv4 address.

IPv4 addresses are not unique anymore. As there are more humans (8 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT.

Want no IP related trouble? Get a dedicated IPv4 address. Simple.

The issue is that someone on your ISP is botting market and inventory and triggers the API limit. It's an IPv4 based limit. As your ISP is using CGNAT or DSLite, everyone on your ISP suffers.

If you do have a dynamic dedicated IPv4 address, power cycle your router and possibly your modem (if cable) or ONT (if fiber) to obtain a new IPv4 address.

If you have a static dedicated IPv4 address, you will have to wait it out, at least for 24 hours.

If you are on CGNAT or Dual Stack Lite, tough luck. You will have to wait until the bot user stops or ask your ISP to give you a dedicated IPv4 address.

If you use a VPN, stop doing so. You are violating the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

Additionally, if you are using an extension or a plugin which makes extensive use of the Steam API, cease using that extension.

Wow, thank you for your detailed answer! I guess I'll contact my ISP, then, and relay all that info to them
