I have a code to get a game free but can't find code redemption page on the game.

Hello I am new to steam and I got a code to get SEGA BASS FISHING GAME.
The email says to redeem your code log into my steam account and enter your
code on the code redemption page. Enjoy. where is this redemption page and after I enter code then how do I go to game and get past where I have to use a credit card. i'm a old disabled VET and can't figure this out can someone explain in a easy way to get my first paid game free using this code I got from Sega? I see up on games Activate a product on steam but I did not agree to this because I don't know if that will get me to the Code Redemption page to put code in some where.
