Steam Login Error Code e43

I have another account which I cannot login to I have tried the account recovery process as well to no avail any help is greatly appreciated

1. Reinstall steam (for this one i downloaded the app from the official steam page and installed it again)
2. Restarted PC
3. Change password
4. First I logged in the browser(because I was curious if it would work), then i logged in the desktop app (i was logged on in both, the browser and steam desktop app)
If this doesn't work,
when you try to log in in lower right displays an error message. I suggest to copy then search online for solution... i'm sorry if i wasn't able to help but the error i got was "Error Code: e84".

Accoord to list e43 is account lock
( only steam suppoort can help you here. ) what cause this can be many gl with it.

and e84 is region locked
Could that match with the problem you have,
im not so sure you can even use that program ever if region lock is the case.

Dont think steam is the problem, that a region lock, steam will sell sand in sahara if they could.
thats gorverment or that contrys own law, or publisher in that region that aient selling this.

but yes small chance that its a bug could be there. ask own game forum first or game devs support could be even better, they might want to know you cant buy it.
