1000hz polling rate stutter.
I am having this bug where if I play certain games and move my mouse for example in small cirlces it will randomly stutter. I did some research and found out this has to do with the polling rate of my mouse.

I have researched and found multiple threads on this topic but no one really solves the problem they just move on and use something like 500hz or 250hz polling rate.

I would really like to be able to use 1000hz polling rate and not have to go down to 500hz. I know there is not really a difference (1ms or so) but I would still like to use my mouse to the full extent.

Thanks.

What does that have to do with Steam?

Hi!

Maybe you can try that:

The solution for me was to put it in window mode (full screen)

Is the mouse plugged into a USB hug, or directly into the USB? Have you tried a different USB port? I have seen poor performance with crappy USB hubs is why I ask.

Alternatively if there's a hair or something on the sensor that can cause stutters sometimes.

It is only on apex legends specifically that I have gotten this. Since I have apex legends on steam I thought I could possibly try here.

It is plugged in directly to the usb and I have tried multiple usb ports. My mouse is: Logitech G Pro Wireless X Superlight if you need that.
