Where do one find an option to change the ui back

What the title sais, seems like my steam ui just changed since yesterday to this discusting fat/thick underlined mess of an ui that seems to be screaming at me for no reason with some of the most ugly pointless icons i ever seen, it's win11 all over again

Anyway i been looking in the option for a way to disable it and having a hard time finding it

There's no such option. You got basically 2 ways of dealing with the situation. Either you wallow in anger, or you post constructive feedback.

Yeah guess i have to go find a place where i can leave some feedback and maybe asking if there is any chance they can make it less nauseating and loud to look at

Well not every user idea is actionable, or reasonable. And people don't want to accept that sometimes their ideas ain't gonna happen or are just bad. But that doesn't negate all feedback, because some feedback is useful.

I just want the option to use custom UI skins re-enabled. I can't stand this worthless bar at the bottom of my screen with the useless "Add a Game" and "Manage Downloads" ♥♥♥♥.

I wish there were a large mode. The icons in the in game overlay are tiny and nondescript. Some don't even work properly, i.e. "Game information" showing only a few random players of the current match.

I don't understand how anyone can like this. Its just awful. Previous version was self-explaining, now you have to guess what the buttons do.

Yeah the new overlay is terrible.
Just like my main text said, it's Win11 allover again
like why do i have to guess what your icon is instead of a text!
oh so this butten is not copy it's share! Like wtf why would i share my private dokuments

Anyway, you where talking about large mode, i might see it a bit the other way around,
whit abseluttely no need for the different menu's to have capital bold text higligted in blue and with an underline, like how blind do they think that i am

The worst part is im getting random crashes in games with the new ui that the command -vgui fixed but they also got rid of that
