My Recent Help Requests Closed
Hi, I have an issue where it appears that all my help requests are closed, the requests are closed instantly and I can't get any response from steam. How can I do to solve the problem? Thanks.

That's what happens when you use Scam sites like the ones in your name history and hand them your account information.

Your account is compromised.
DO NOT TRADE ANYTHING.

Follow these Steps to secure your account:
1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

I was robbed recently, I tried to trade with a friend and someone copied my friend's account exactly and pretended to be him. Do you think there is any way to get the skins back? I have prints of everything. Thanks

You won't get your items back, however you should follow the steps given to you by Unn4m3d because your account is still compromised.

I had already read that, but they say that because the skins have already passed through the hands of many people in my case, the person who stole from me still has the skins in her inventory, that's why I still have hope.

That is completely irrelevant. You lost the items the moment they left your account. They will not be restored.

But I already read it is also very rare but it can happen that they return the items

You read wrong.
Steam Support did restore items in the past, but it was abused by scammers.
So, Steam Support stopped doing that.

How long has it been since you stopped returning items?

You are not talking to Steam support right now, this is a user-to-user forum. As for how long it's been, several years.

I'm not a representative of Valve or Steam Support. I'm a user like you.

The policy was changed about eight years ago.

I did that but the same thing happened, is there another way to contact steam support?

The ticket system is the only way. If it still happens, some hijacker still has access to your account.

Do all steps, properly, to secure your account.

Sorry, I'm new and it's the first time I need help so I don't understand very well how it works.
But is there another way to contact Steam support?
