I can’t find the MM game, no matter how much I wait, it doesn’t, I recently bought the game and I want to play what I am supposed to for the money spent! I wrote to support but there is no answer for a day, why is that? why are you so disrespectful to people? How can I solve this problem now, if it is not solved, I want to return my money, what is wrong with this game, I have excellent Internet and a personal computer, there are no problems on my part, because yesterday I played from another account and the game was searched for a maximum of 2 minutes, what is wrong and why was I deceived?

And everyone who buys the game has to go through the same waiting as you initially. If you want to waste the money you spent just because you have to be patient for under a week, that's on you.

I'm not trying to complain or ask for something to be done to me, for this I have already sent a support request. there is nothing said about it! it only says that if you purchase a premium, then you can play and increase your rating and ranks, etc.

And you can still do that, but there is still a wait time until you complete 10 games. There is no deception there.

It is not indicated that you will have problems finding the game and it may be delayed or not found at all in an hour or two, and so on. Hire a lawyer and you'll be laughed out of court. You got what you paid for. You went in with undue expectations and now you've learned the dangers of such.

The purchase was not deceptive. You deceived yourself by believing you'd get something not listed on the purchase. That is your fault.

What you should do is learn to not create expectations that aren't described and then not like that something you purchased doesn't live up to your created expectations.
